Age Requirements

This is an 18+ event.

You must be 21+ and have a valid ID to have bar access.

Date & Time

VIP guests will have early access at 3:30 pm.

Main event will begin at 7:00 pm.

Food

A catered dinner is included with any VIP ticket.

If you choose not to participate in the catered dinner, appetizers, desserts, and drinks will be served during the main event.

Parking

Parking will be free.

Vendor Market

The vendor market will include small shops of bookish goodies and special appearances of up-and-coming indie authors who publish works in romance, fantasy, or both! See the main event page under Vendors to see who all is attending.

Airport

Belton, TX is only an hour away from Austin International Airport.

Hotels

If you need a hotel, you can book one in Belton, Temple, or Killeen - all will be within a 5-20 min drive.

Prop weapons are welcome. Please still use it with caution.
